The Dean's Office can be reached at the following opening hours:

Monday to Friday mornings from 8.30 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Monday and Thursday afternoons from 1 p.m. - 3.30 p.m.

Tuesday afternoon from 2 p.m. - 3.30 p.m.

For the winter term (starting October 1) : May 2nd to July 15, 2023 (programmes with restricted admission) or July 31st (non-restricted)
For the summer term (starting march 15) : November 15 to January 15
