Why did you choose the study course?

I always found economics lessons in school exciting and could always easily understand connections in this field. At the same time, I was interested in STEM subjects from an early age, so I found industrial engineering a great combination to combine my talents.

What is the content of your academic study?

In my first two semesters, I learned a lot of the basics of engineering, including courses like engineering mathematics, physics, electrical engineering and technical mechanics. I also took business-oriented courses such as business administration/commerce, accounting and bookkeeping. The academic study is divided about 80% technology, 20% economics but in higher semesters you can also put your preferences in the foreground with self-selected electives and the choice of a focus.

What do you like best about THI?

What is your insider tip for student life?

Talk to the professors! They are only human.
