Day of Digital Teaching 2023

The Day of Digital Teaching took place on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 on THI's campus and attracted numerous participants once again.

Organized by the THISuccessAI project team, this year's Digital Teaching Day was all about the influence of artificial intelligence on studies and teaching.

Following an exciting morning program, lecturers were able to try their hand at creating learning nuggets for their courses in Track 1: After a short introduction, the more than 20 participants - under the guidance of the Didactics Cluster - were able to gain their own experience with the THI-SuccessAI learning platform: In several groups, the platform's own tools, such as H5P and GeoGebra, were tested, applied to suitable teaching content and used to create learning nuggets.

In the second track of the afternoon, the motivated students were able to contribute ideas and wishes for the university of the future - with the focus topics "Innovative Learning Spaces and Individual Teaching" - to the THISuccessAI project team in a bar camp and exchange ideas. The valuable results were captured by a draftswoman in a graphic recording (see photo) and will be incorporated into the project.

The concluding discussion panel gave the participants another chance to exchange their impressions.
