New with artificial intelligence

An AI tool has been integrated and usable in the digital SAP Library since July 2024. It is based on ChatGPT and recognizes all 800+ SAP titles.

Espressi, the SAP chatbot, can explain and summarize individual chapters or topics of the books. The questions must be formulated precisely, and the answers provided must be scrutinized in order to obtain the most correct answers possible.

Please note: the chatbot can also generate incorrect answers.
