Students of the Bachelor of Business Administration with focus module Human Resource Management as well as the elective Labor Law were able to experience the practice of labor law first hand during their excursion to the Labor Court Munich - Ingolstadt Chamber. Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Michaela Regler and Prof. Dr. Claudia Lieske, the students took part in several court hearings and were thus able to see their knowledge directly applied in practice. Questions such as: "Can an employee with MS be terminated without notice?" or "Did a truck driver actually work overtime and must it be compensated?" were among the issues addressed during the visit to the court. In addition, Judge Daniel Klose took time during a break in the session to answer the diverse questions of the excursion participants.
