At the end of the summer semester, students on the Master's study program Marketing/Sales/Media (MVM) at THI Business School were able to gain valuable practical experience through sales projects. The knowledge they had just learned in Petra Scherer's "Strategic Sales Management" lecture was applied directly in practice and their understanding of operational processes was deepened.

At BayWa AG, five students analyzed the customer journey in the certified wood pellets division and developed recommendations for action to improve the customer experience. The final presentation in an impressive setting with a view over Munich underlined the high value of such projects for both sides. The representatives of BayWa AG, a leading provider in the field of renewable energies, were impressed by the innovative ideas and strategic development proposals presented.

Another sales project, which was accompanied by Petra Scherer, took a group of students to Krones AG. The company is a leading international group for machines and systems for process, filling and packaging technology. There, the students gained insights into the customer journey of various personas and developed relevant fields of action.

These practice-oriented projects demonstrate the success of THI Business School's interdisciplinary approach of combining theory and practice and providing students with a lively learning experience.

Further information on the Marketing/Sales/Media study program can be found on the course page. Applications are possible until July 15.
