Success with intellectual property (IP) strategies

Prof. Martin Bader, Head of the Master's programme "Entrepreneurship & Digital Business" at THI Business School was speaker at an online webinar of Digital Supercluster. This is a Canadian organisation that supports companies in developing innovative, digital and sustainable projects. It works together with universities and government agencies.

Under the title "Accelerating Your Organisation's Success in the IP Ecosystem", Bader and three other experts showed the great importance of intangible assets such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs or trade secrets in the online event. While large companies usually have appropriate strategies, according to the experts, there is a need for action especially in small and medium-sized companies, which they illustrated with several practical examples. They recently published a book on the subject as a team of authors.
