Prof. Alexander Decker in an interview with the BR programme "Zündfunk“

The development of a European search index, which should become an alternative to Google - that is the goal of the Open Search Foundation (OSF). It is an initiative of European researchers and universities. One of its co-founders is Prof. Dr. Alexander Decker, Professor for Consumer goods marketing and new media at THI Business School and Chief Marketing Officer of the OSF. In an interview with the programme "Zündfunk" on Bayern 2 on 29 May 2020, he explains how it all works, why a European search index is needed and what the creators of the Open Search Foundation have learned from the mistakes of their predecessors.
