Engineering and Management is a multidisciplinary study program that integrates the technical knowledge of engineering with the practical elements of management. The program aims to produce graduates who can both design innovative solutions and effectively manage teams to implement these solutions. It's a unique blend of analytical problem-solving and leadership skills, preparing students for complex organizational in tech-driven economies.

This program aims to facilitate academic integration, offering personalized tutoring and mentoring sessions tailored to your studies. Bridging language and cultural gaps, it ensures your smooth adaptation to our learning environment. Moreover, it provides networking opportunities for you to connect with industry professionals worldwide. Our ultimate goal is to enrich your study experience and better equip you for global opportunities ahead.

The program aims to improve the integration of international students through a range of measures.

We offer workshops that increase understanding of general tools (such as IT), workshops that support management of studies (such as time and stress management) and additional tailored German classes. In order to support future career success and entry into the German job market, we offer CV checks and conselling, business etiquette workshops, career speed dating and networking events with local and regional companies.

We will also develop a mentoring program for students.
